The Blue Mountain Foundation for the Arts, each year holds a photo competition. Each year since Christa was in High School she has entered the competition. This year her dedication has paid off and she was placed first in the 'Evidence of Man' category. There were over 350 entries this year, 90 of which will be exhibited at the Collingwood Library starting November 3rd when the awards will be presented.
It was a pretty dreary afternoon but we'd already postponed their shoot once so we set out into the murky light to see what would happen.
On Saturday we had a great time photographing family portraits for a family up near Lake Eugenia. The fall colors, various out houses and a family with a great sense of humor made for a wonderful location shoot.
The Fall edition of the magazine is out now and features our work in a number of articles. Road Bike Renaissance looks at how road biking has made a come back in the area. Battles Over Bedrock questions the development of quarries in the area. A controversial subject that has caused some heated debate. Finally Tesoro's is the featured restaurant.
