Elmvale Maple Syrup Festival
Yesterday we spent the day in Elmvale where every year they celebrate the Maple Syrup harvest with a Festival. For the last four years it has been cold and wet but this year it was far from that. Glorious blue skies and warm temperatures brought the crowds out in the thousands. There were entertainers, a fun fare, wares of all sorts to buy including jewellery by Christabel. as well as loads and loads of maple syrup. We covered the event for mycollingwood.ca.
