Our busiest month to date by a long way was not helped by Christa having to have her wisdom teeth out which meant five days out of action. Still September is here and our schedule is a little less hectic, which is a good thing - :) That said we've really enjoyed working with everyone and got some great images which we'll be sharing over the coming weeks with you. We take a great deal of pride in always doing the best we can in any set of circumstances. That said, it is when we are included in the day, given time to do what we do and trusted that photography far from the ordinary occurs. So thank you Craig and Janelle, you guys have set the bar for us and I have a feeling your benchmark will be the one for a long time to come. So we were really chuffed when he and Janelle asked us to photograph their wedding. They were married at Cobble Beach, which is a relatively new golf club up in Owen Sound. We were a little worried in the morning as the weather was atrocious, thunder and lightning accompanied by really heavy rain. However, by the time the ceremony came around their was hardly a cloud in the sky. It really was a magic wedding and we had a wonderful time. Thanks so much guys you were awesome. They live in Alberta where they are working towards acquiring their MA/PHD. Everyone was worried as the night before there was some pretty impressive thunder storms and a lot of heavy rain. However, as Saturday dawned the sun stepped up and then shone all day. The wedding was held near Horseshoe Valley just off the 400 at the new family home, which was still under construction. Leah and Kris had taken advantage of a pre-wedding shoot so were well prepared for the photography part of the day. Their guest book looked incredible, as we were told again and again.
